The MMC Haus offers studios ranging from 130m2 – 500m2 for commercials, TV shows, series, movies, photoshoots, corporate events, presentations and internet streaming.

Facilities are provided on a modular basis to meet your requirements – whether you need an empty studio or a fully-equipped production space including reception, catering, make-up, dressing rooms, prop and costume storage and a control room running several cameras simultaneously. In addition, there is a charming outside park area.

Since March 2026, our offering has also included an LED wall and LED ceiling, opening up new creative and cost-effective possibilities. This innovation is a game changer, particularly for digital backdrops, virtual production, and automotive driving scenes.

There is sufficient parking available just outside the entrance to the MMC Lounge, whether you are receiving clients or guests or require somewhere to park a fleet of trucks for movie production. In addition, trucks can pull right up to the studio door to deliver equipment within a securely enclosed delivery area.
